How to check ESDS Software Solution Limited IPO allotment status

The same allotment can be checked in three places. The registrar is the source; the exchanges mirror it. No portal asks for a password, and none of them needs one — a PAN or an application number is enough.

Method 1: On the BSE website

  1. Open the BSE application status page: https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check
  2. Select Equity as the issue type.
  3. Select ESDS Software Solution Limited from the issue name list.
  4. Enter the application number or the PAN.
  5. Submit to see the number of shares allotted against that application.

Method 2: On the NSE website

  1. Open the NSE bid verification page: https://www.nseindia.com/invest/check-trades-bids-verify-ipo-bids
  2. Choose the equity and SME IPO bid details section.
  3. Select ESDS Software Solution Limited.
  4. Enter the PAN or application number and submit.

Method 3: On the registrar's portal (MUFG Intime India)

  1. Open the MUFG Intime India allotment portal: https://in.mpms.mufg.com/Initial_Offer/public-issues.html
  2. Select ESDS Software Solution Limited from the issue list.
  3. Choose an identification method — PAN, application number or demat account.
  4. Enter the detail and submit to see the allotment for that application.

After the allotment

Allotted shares are credited to the demat account on the credit date above, and trading in them begins on the listing date. Where an application received no allotment, or fewer shares than applied for, the unused amount is released on the refund date — for a UPI application the blocked amount is unblocked in the same bank account rather than paid out separately.

In an oversubscribed retail category the basis of allotment is a lottery over applications rather than a proportional split, so applying for more lots does not proportionally increase the chance of receiving one. The desk publishes the retail estimate and its full method on the allotment odds page.
